INVESTIGATION SERVICES
CMS advises clients on, and assists in, the resolution of existing or emerging problems with Human Resources; helps devise long-term policies of development in this regard; and intercedes in order to manage present conflict and reduce conflict potential and tensions. Services provided by CMS include:
- Coping with a wide range of coercive Union practices, including illegal and disruptive activities by Unions
- Profiling of Trade Union activities, leadership, intentions and politics.
- Identification and profiling of key employees – positive and negative – including reliability, honesty and loyalty of particular employees.
- General assessments of adherence to norms and discipline.
- Continuous general assessments of management-employees interface and labour relations in various categories and locations.
- Advance warnings of emerging discontent or friction.
- Mediation or intervention in cases of dispute.
- Detection of and action against theft, pilferage and other malpractices.
LEGAL SERVICES
CMS provides legal consultancy services which covers all aspects of the labour related conflicts to the corporate offices, industries, factories and multinational companies. Legal services provided by the CMS includes –
- Handling of labour related matters in tribunals, boards and courts including the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court. CMS has a network of eminent and intellectual advocates and lawyers who work on an all India basis.
- Taking appropriate legal action in the form of civil and criminal action against coercive Union practices, including illegal and disruptive activities by Unions
- Taking appropriate legal action in the form of civil and criminal action against employees and members of union who indulge in illegal strikes and various other unfair labour practices. Legal action includes initiating civil action for wrongs committed by the employees and members of union who indulge in unfair malpractices. We also assist in initiating criminal action which includes lodging of FIR’s against people indulged in unfair labour practices.
